Change is hard. Let's be honest about that. You've probably been thinking about making a shift for a while now. Maybe you've tried before. Maybe you're scared to try again. That's not weakness—that's being human.I'm Jandi, and I help people navigate the messy, uncertain, completely normal process of becoming unstuck. No pressure. No judgment. Just small, meaningful steps forward.

On Change
There's a moment in the TV series Everwood that has always stayed with me:"The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm not sure who the first person was who said that. Probably Shakespeare. Or maybe Sting. But at the moment, it's the sentence that best explains my tragic flaw: my inability to change.I don't think I'm alone in this. The more I get to know other people, the more I realise it's kind of everyone's flaw. Staying exactly the same for as long as possible, standing perfectly still. It feels safer somehow. And if you are suffering, at least the pain is familiar."This captures so much of what I see in my work every day. We hold onto patterns-even painful ones-because they feel safe. We resist change not because we're weak or broken, but because we're human. Standing still feels like protection. And yet, something brought you here.Maybe you've been thinking about making a shift for a while. Maybe you've tried before. Maybe you're scared to hope that things could be different this time. That's okay. That's exactly where we start.~My Approach

Meet Jandi
I've spent a large part of the last two and a half decades in healthcare—as a medical doctor, researcher, and now as a counsellor and coach. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's this: change doesn't come from knowing what to do. It comes from feeling safe enough to try.I work with people who are stuck in familiar patterns—exhausted, overwhelmed, or quietly struggling—and help them find their way forward. Not through pressure or quick fixes, but through small, steady, mindful moves. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I blend my medical background with my training in yoga and somatic practices to support the whole person—mind and body. When I'm not in session, you'll find me swimming, buried in a good book, or spending time with my kids and animals.
